The other asset above relates to advance payments made to a supplier that were recorded at fair value using the discounted cash flow model (DCF), as of December 31, 2017 and June 30, 2018. Key assumptions used in the DCF include a discount rate of 15% and the expected time to recovery of the payment. See Note 11—Payments to Supplier, for further details on these advance payments.

 

As of June 30, 2018, the estimated fair value of our borrowings under our term loan with SVB was approximately equal to its book value based on the borrowing rates currently available for variable rate loans (Level 2).
