17. Subsequent Events On October 7, 2022, the Company entered into a sales agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC (HC Wainwright), as agent, pursuant to which the Company may offer and sell ordinary shares, nominal value $0.01 per share, for aggregate gross sales proceeds of up to $16.0 million (not to exceed 4,478,180 ordinary shares as of the date of filing of this Form 10-Q), from time to time through HC Wainwright by any method permitted that is deemed to be an "at the market offering" as defined in Rule 415 (a)(4) promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. |
