17. Subsequent Events On August 1, 2023, the Company asked its shareholders to renew the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights over authorized shares at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the "EGM"). Although the Company received over 62% support of the votes cast on renewing the pre-emption rights opt-out authority at the EGM, the Company did not receive the affirmative vote of at least 75% of the votes cast as required under Irish law for the passing of special resolutions. |
